Surprisingly enough, I have had a risque sig for about a month now, and it has not been deleted. I am just starting to believe that the mods are trying to scare us.
If that's the truth, and the mods really are just trying to scare us, then that's the fucking worst.. I fucking hate when people mess with something I really enjoy and then come back to say, "O NOES WE'RE JUST KIDDING LOLZ".
At most, mods seem to always make a new "strict" rule, enforce it for about a few days, then just stop caring about it. I think mods have become less strict now, it might have something to do with Newgrounds now becoming mainstream.
Reminds me of the whole "guro sig scandal" we had going on that one night.

You´re right about the part where you say they accept money for the risqué ads but won´t let us use risqué sigs. It´s a shame cos yours was a good one.
